  • Profile information: work history, skills, certifications, photos
  • Business information (venues): business name, address, EIN, payment info

  • Payment details: handled securely by our payment processors (Stripe, etc.)

  • Messages: in-app communication between Pros and Venues

3.2 With Pros (when they work your shift)

Venues share:

  • Location of shift
  • Contact details
  • Shift instructions

3.3 With Third-Party Service Providers

Only when necessary:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, etc.)
  • Identity verification vendors
  • Background check vendors
  • Analytics & crash reporting tools
  • Hosting providers (Supabase, etc.)

These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
